[IRCServices Coding] Cosmetic Bug with Enforcer

The Current Stats of the Server at the time were:

IRCd: Unreal3.2 Beta 6

I just didnt identify to my Nickname, my nickname was changed and when
i tried to Change it back, it said my nick was in use and showed that
screen.
