[IRCServices] Feature: nickchange and guestnickprefix

Hello all

Sutiation:
Someone get registered nick and nickserv notice him to change nick or
identify. When time expired, nick changed to nick :), contains
GuestNickPrefix value.

But why not change nick without GuectNickPrefix, just add random digits
to current nick?

To activate this feature make some key for GuestNickPrefix.
